Mini Bio:

Bruce grew up as a military dependent the son of an Army Lt. Colonel.  His father served 23 years and did duty in both Korea and Viet Nam.  During his youth the family lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Maryland, and Germany twice.  

Bruce received his commission from the ROTC program at San Jose State. Following his departure from active duty he served 13 years in the reserves and worked as consultative salesperson specializing in Leadership and Change Management at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Nine and a half years, of which 3 were on missile crew at FE Warren AFB with the rest in DOC, DO22T, 4315CCTS. Voluntarily separated.  
 
Education: BS, Meteorology, U of N Dakota; BA, Economics, U of Wyoming  

Mini Bio:

Steve is the product of military veterans.  His dad enlisted in the US Army during WWII, became an officer in the USAF, and eventually retired after 31 years.  His mom enlisted in the US Navy during WWII and served four years on active duty.  Steve spent his formative years living in Washington state, California, Massachusetts, and North Dakota where he graduated from high school and college.  

Pursuing an advanced degree, Steve enrolled in the two-year ROTC program simultaneously while at the University of Wyoming and chose the Missile Career Field.  Steve served three years on ICBM crew at F E Warren AFB, WY, then transitioned to a variety of staff officer positions.  After spending three years at Vandenberg AFB, CA, Steve made the jump to a career in the aerospace and defense world where, to this day, he provides strategic leadership for Raytheon Technologies.  


Joe Connell | Board Director

Joe Connell a graduate of Kansas State University and received his Air Force commission through the ROTC program. Joe and his family spent 25 years in service to our nation in space and missile operations, legislative affairs, and acquisition program management. He holds an MPA from Golden Gate University, and MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He is a graduate of the Air Force Air Command and Staff College where he received the Secretary of the Air Force Leadership Award, Air War College, and Naval War College.  Joe’s father served in the Navy during WWII, and his sister is a retired Navy veteran

Mini Bio:

Following his retirement from the Air Force, he worked in the aerospace and defense industry at the Director and Corporate Vice President level supporting space and strategic systems capabilities in Washington, DC. Joe is currently a senior management advisor to industry and government for space and missile programs.  During his time in industry, Joe completed executive education programs at Carnegie-Melon University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
